Fix Common Problems

Most issues come from missing access, expired connections, unclear prompts, or tool failures. Start with the checks below before escalating.

Missing Agent, Tool, or Data

If you cannot see an expected resource, check that you are in the right organization and team. If it is still missing, ask your administrator to review team access and visibility rules.

Mention the exact missing item and where you expected to see it, such as Agents, Workflows, Connections, Data, Memory, or Templates.

Expired Connection

If a personal connection fails, open Connections and re-authorize it. If a shared connection fails, contact your administrator.

Common signs include OAuth errors, missing permissions, failed tool executions, or an agent saying it cannot access Gmail, Google Calendar, Drive, Slack, Jira, HubSpot, or another external service.

Incomplete Output

Clarify the request, name the source data, and ask the agent to explain what information it used. If a tool was involved, review the tool execution for errors.

Permission Error

Permission errors usually mean your account, team, or connection does not have access to the requested resource. Share the error message and the affected workflow or agent with your administrator.

Workflow or Tool Failed

Open Tool Executions and check the action status. If the status is Waiting for approval, an approver may need to approve or reject it. If it is Failed, share the action name, agent, conversation, and error details with your administrator.

Wrong Team or Organization

If the available agents and connections look completely wrong, confirm the organization in your account and check whether you are assigned to the expected team.

What To Send To Support Or An Admin

When asking for help, include:

  • URL or section where the problem happened.
  • Agent, workflow, connection, task, or data collection name.
  • Exact error message.
  • Whether the issue is personal or affects the whole team.
  • Tool Execution status if a tool was involved.
  • Screenshot or conversation link when available.
