Here will be the final description of the connection with Siesta AI, authentication options, and an overview of supported operations.

Technical Notes​

  • Implementation: The connection exposes Salesforce CRM write operations.
  • Authentication/scopes: uses Salesforce OAuth refresh/access tokens and the connected Salesforce org permissions. Object-level and field-level permissions still apply.
  • Functions: add a lead to a campaign, create campaigns, create cases, create contacts, and create leads.
  • Write behavior: all current Salesforce tool functions are write actions. Confirm object type, required fields, owner/assignment rules, and campaign membership before execution.
